Shipping policy

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

The Memry ships within the United States and Canada.

We currently offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $59. U.S. orders under $59 are subject to a $7 flat-rate standard shipping charge.

We make every effort to process orders within 48 - 72 hours. Once shipped, U.S. standard orders typically arrive within 3 - 7 business days.

Express shipping is available for a $20 flat rate. Express orders are subject to our standard 48 - 72 hour processing time and typically arrive within 2 - 3 business days after shipment.

CANADA SHIPPING 

We ship to Canada.

Shipping to Canada is available for a $10 flat rate. Canada orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipment.

Canada orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by The Memry.

 

CARRIERS & TRACKING

Orders are shipped using reputable postal and shipping carriers. The carrier used may vary depending on the destination, shipping method selected, and order requirements.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when tracking is available. You can use the tracking link provided in your email to follow the status of your shipment.

 

MISSING OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@thememry.com with your order number so we can review the shipment and assist you.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
